Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free expedited local shipping is available on orders above $100. We ship locally within Singapore, US, and UK. Do reach out to us if you are seeing exponentially high charges- it could be an error.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes around 2-3 working days for local delivery within Singapore, US, and UK. For non-local delivery, it may take around 7-14 days on average.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unopened and unused DeenBlocks sets in their original packaging. Opened sets, assembled models, or items with missing pieces may not be eligible for return.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing pieces, please contact us with your order number and photos so we can assist you.
Do you ship internationally?
Our Islamic blocks are available locally in US and UK and Singapore. We also have retailers in different countries that are holding our range. Kindly reach out to us at support@takva.co if you would like to know a retailer near you.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, along with any other payment options displayed at checkout. Available methods may vary depending on your country.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. We’ll do our best to help, but changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order has been processed or shipped.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to check the latest delivery status of your order.
Do I need an account to order?
You can log in or create an account to unlock build manuals and track your sets, but an account is not necessary to place an order.

What materials are DeenBlocks sets made from?
High-quality ABS plastic — the same safe material used in interlocking brick systems — non-toxic, BPA-free, and child-safe certified.
How do I care for my DeenBlocks set?
Wipe clean with a soft damp cloth if dusty, avoid harsh chemicals or detergents, store pieces in the provided box or a resealable bag, and keep sets out of direct sunlight for extended periods to preserve color.
Are DeenBlocks sets scholar-verified?
Yes, every set that contain Quranic or religious references is checked for accuracy in fiqh and hadith before release.
Where can I find the building manual for my set?
Foundations and Journeys sets include a printed manual in the box, and can also be accessed digitally with a QR code. Lumi Series figures include a QR code that opens a digital manual and a short scholar profile.
